气候变化资金问题进展与后续工作

Abstract:Climate finance，being one of the most important components of global climate change governance system，was the focus and difficulty on the negotiation of Paris Climate Change Conference.The Paris Agreement upholds principle of common but differentiated responsibilities on climate finance. According to the Agreement，developed countries shall continue to provide financial resources to assist developing countries in tackling climate change. With respect to the climate finance，the Agreement and the decisions adopted by the Conference also stipulate the responsible subject，the sources and the scale，the allocation，transparency and the financial mechanism. The follow-up work on climate finance will include developed countries’ fulfilling their financial obligation，development of transparency，other parties’ action，as well as the response of the operating entities of the financial mechanism to the guidance of the Paris Agreement.
