我国低碳城市建设成效评估

Abstract:This paper evaluated the multi-dimensional effectiveness of different low-carbon cities construction in China in 2016 by using the low-carbon city construction evaluation index system developed newly by the Institute for Urban and Environmental Studies Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The results showed that most cities in China have achieved some positive effectiveness in low-carbon development. The overall level of low-carbon development of eastern cities，eco-priority cities and cities in the Pearl River Delta are relatively high，but they have the characteristics of large internal differences. Finally，it put forward some suggestions，such as clarifying the orientation of city development，narrowing the gap of cities low-carbon development in the region；optimizing the selection of indicators，expanding the scope of evaluation；giving full play to the synergistic effectiveness of low-carbon and regional development，and constructing a new system of regional green development.
