Abstract:Jiangmen is rich in natural and cultural tourism resources. At the same time，as a well-known hometown of overseas Chinese，the overseas Chinese resources have unique advantages in the construction of the Humanities Bay Area. Jiangmen’s construction of an important platform for cultural exchanges and cooperation between overseas Chinese and Chinese is a new function given to Jiangmen by the state’s “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Planning Outline”，and it is one of the important contents of the construction of the Humanities Bay Area. Creating a cultural exchange platform for overseas Chinese and Chinese is not only an important starting point for Jiangmen to participate in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，but also to empower Jiangmen’s culture and tourism industry in the new era to make breakthroughs and development，promote the integrated development of Jiangmen’s cultural and tourism industry，and create a new model of Chinese international tourism destinations，and a new engine for tourism development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，and a new growth pole for Guangdong’s tourism development.
