Abstract:The “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan Outline” points out that it is necessary to support the Pearl River Delta cities in building a national tourism demonstration zone. The integration of culture and tourism will be the driving force for the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The cultural and tourism integration market in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is developing rapidly. Its own location infrastructure and tourism market have advantages. The “9+2” cities have obvious synergistic and superimposed advantages in dislocation development. The systematic and coordinated development of cultural and tourism integration urgently needs to lay out top-level design，accelerate system innovation，promote cultural and tourism talent exchanges，improve the public service system，consolidate the industrial foundation，and promote the construction of world-class tourism destinations.
