Abstract:From 2019 to 2020，the overall performance of Shenzhen’s social and economic development has been good，and the export-oriented industries have strong repair capabilities. Subjective and objective factors such as policy support，cross-industry integration，and independent innovation capabilities have all become sources of pressure for Shenzhen’s export-oriented industries. Nevertheless，the challenges that Shenzhen’s export-oriented industries still face will not disappear in the short term. Therefore，it is necessary to explore new ways to improve the resistance of Shenzhen’s export-oriented industries. Shenzhen has firmly adhered to reform and opening up for many years，and has a relatively healthy social and industrial structure foundation，which is the basis for its ability to successfully implement new strategies and new decisions under the crisis.
