文章摘要：北江航道扩能升级项目工程是广东打造西江、北江黄金水道，大力推进内河航道建设和航运发展的又一重要举措。2014年8月，为贯彻落实国家《珠江—西江经济带发展规划》，中共广东省委、省政府做出加快北江航道扩能升级的战略部署，分两个阶段来系统推进北江项目。历经多年建设，2020年，北江航道建设取得决定性成效。
