中国银行业实施巴塞尔新资本协议研究
文章摘要：在回顾巴塞尔协议的演进及其在中国的实施进程基础上，本文对中国实施巴塞尔新资本协议相关问题进行了研究。本文认为，我国目前现行监管标准总体上高于《巴塞尔协议Ⅲ》的要求；实施巴塞尔新资本协议将对我国银行业及宏观经济产生一定影响。本文最后就中国实施巴塞尔新资本协议提出了若干建议。
Abstract:After reviewing the evolution of Basel Accord, this report investigates several issues related with the implementation of Basel III in China. We find that, the current regulatory standards of banking industry in China are higher than the requirements of Basel III.
