外汇管理年度报告
文章摘要：2011年，国际经济形势复杂多变，外汇收支波动较大。在这一年里，中国外汇管理部门加快理念和方式转变，一方面积极防范和打击“热钱”违规流入，守住风险底线，防范金融风险；另一方面稳步推进进出口核销制度改革，积极促进贸易投资便利化，服务实体经济健康发展。预计2012年我国国际收支仍将保持顺差，但顺差大幅减少、波动加大，国际收支进一步趋向平衡。外汇管理措施将集中在构建防范跨境资金双向流动冲击体制建设、深化重点领域改革、推进资本项目可兑换等方面。
