中国互联网保险监管问题及政策建议
文章摘要：近些年，我国的互联网保险发展迅猛，监管架构初步形成，但在系统性、制度性和有效性方面仍存在一些亟须解决的问题。本报告借鉴国际保险监督官协会关于监管机构需要依据的三个基本原则，即方法一致性、透明度和信息披露、基于合作的有效监管，针对我国的互联网保险监管，提出了明确监管目标、原则和监管方式，以及开展互联网保险专项制度建设等方面的政策建议。
Abstract:Recently，the internet insurance business has developed quickly in China，and the regulatory system has been established. However，there are still some problems needed to be solved，such as whether it is systemic，institutional or consistent.
