2019年欧亚经济联盟运行情况综述

Abstract:2019 is the fifth anniversary of the Eurasian Economic Union，the 25th anniversary of proposing the “Eurasian Integration” concept and the 5th anniversary of the signing of the “Eurasian Economic Union Treaty”. Under the unfavorable geopolitical environments in Europe and Asia （such as the Ukrainian crisis） and Western sanctions on Russia，the Union operated smoothly as a new type of regional integration organization. Generally speaking，the Union developed at a low speed along the established direction in 2019. It made significant achievement in optimizing the common market，strengthening technical coordination in the integration of various fields，promoting industrial cooperation within the Union，and expanding international cooperation space，but the economic effects of integration have declined.
