Abstract:In 2018，the overall scale of ODA from the international community to Sub Saharan Africa had increased，and the allocation of funds was relatively concentrated. Ethiopia，Nigeria，Tanzania and other countries were still the African countries receiving the most aid. Both the traditional and emerging donors’ assistance volume to Africa have been increased. China continued to increase its assistance to Africa in infrastructure，health care，emergency humanitarian assistance，agriculture，capacity-building and aid for trade. Looking forward to the future，Africa’s vulnerability may further increase，and the demand for humanitarian assistance continues to rise. In this context，in order to meet Africa’s growing demand for development financing，it is an inevitable trend to expand the participation of the private sector.
