2018年中国促进国际法治：理论贡献

Abstract:2018 marks 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening up. This year，driven by academic societies such as China Society of Private International Law，Chinese scholars have achieved fruitful achievements in the study of Private International Law. At the same time，the scholars focused on studying the hot issues in foreign-related civil and commercial judicial practice in our country，and have achieved many theoretical achievements，especially made some viewpoints of strong theoretical and practical significance in the resolution of foreign-related civil and commercial conflicts，the basic theories of Conflict of Laws，the theoretical and practical problems in the establishment of International Commercial Court，the issues of Private International Law concerning the Belt and Road Initiative，the new development of international commercial arbitration and so on. These theoretical achievements play an indispensable role in promoting the implementing China’s Belt and Road Initiative as well as improving China’s foreign-related civil and commercial legal system.
