2018年中国促进国际法治：多边实践

Abstract:In 2018，the world was still in turmoil，while the international peace and development has been progressing in a slow pace. The current global order is shifting into a new way and it expects reforms and adjustments. As a responsible power and the largest developing country in the world，China actively promotes the rule of law at the international level，with a firm commitment to the multilateralism and a principled approach in pursuing right values of justice and shared interests. China also contributes to United Nations reforms，the development of international law and its codification，international peace and security，international human rights，and the “global commons” as sea，air，cyber-space and polar regions. In addition，China puts efforts in shaping the multilateral trade system，strengthening global tax and finance governance，protecting the intellectual property，constructing the rule of the private international law and participating in the practice of international courts. Looking into the future，China will continue to follow the path of peaceful development and win-win cooperation，making more achievements for advancing international law.
