“一带一路”背景下中国跨境电商投资安全与风险研究

Abstract:As a new mode of international trade based on Internet，cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly in recent years. Under the background of “the Belt and Road”，we can make full use of the dual multilateral mechanism of China and the countries and regions along “the Belt and Road” area，and actively develop the cross-border e-commerce with “the Belt and Road” country on the basis of the regional cooperation platform，making it a bridge to promote economic and cultural communication among the relevant countries. Based on the analysis of the domestic cross-border e-commerce investment status and the e-commerce development environment of the countries along the border，this paper systematically analyzes the risks of cross-border e-commerce investment in China under the background of “the Belt and Road” from the aspects of political risk，logistics risk，intellectual property risk and quality risk，and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to prevent investment risks.
