Abstract:In 2018，the trend of world economic expansion weakened，the volatility of commodities such as crude oil increased，inflation in developed economies was suppressed，and global finance contracted. The uncertainties and challenges facing the world economy have increased，trade tensions have intensified，financial market vulnerabilities have increased，global economic imbalances have intensified，and emerging markets have been under the threat of some non-economic factors. In this context，the overall economic situation of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization is good，but the growth rate has been on the decline. Due to the rebound in international energy prices，the export situation of Russia，Kazakhstan and other energy supply countries has improved substantially，with fluctuations in the exchange rate though. The debt risks of Tajikistan and Pakistan have intensified.
