Abstract:As an important node position of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road,South of China absorb a large number of Portuguese speaking countries to work and live in China. On the one hand,they brought the fruits of the international industrial chain division to Portuguese speaking countries,so that the people of the Portuguese speaking countries took an active part in China’s “One belt and one Road” international initiative;on the other hand,their hard work in China has expanded the economic and trade exchanges between China and Portuguese-speaking countries,and provided a huge international space for China’s national development strategy and industrial adjustment in recent years. However,with the impact of domestic economic restructuring,industrial upgrading and the decline of foreign trade,as well as the employment and school attendance problems of family members of Portuguese-speaking countries in China,the Portuguese speaking community’s long-term residence in China faces many difficulties and challenges in social integration,the happiness of Portuguese-speaking communities in China have decreased. How to classify and manage,adopt effective measures to attract or retain high-end groups in the crowd,and promote the further development of non-governmental exchanges between China and Portuguese-speaking countries have become the focus of attention of the government and academia.
