Abstract:It has been five years since the Silk Road Economic Belt initiative was proposed and the initiative has brought six positive changes to the countries in Central Asia.Firstly，it improved the friendship relations between Central Asia and China.Secondly，it facilitated the process of Central Asian countries' participation into the economic globalization.Thirdly，it helped with the development of a diversified economic structure in Central Asian countries.Fourthly，it alleviated the fund shortage in Central Asia.Fifthly，it helped these countries develop toward economic integration.Lastly，it promoted the construction of a community with a shared future for all mankind.Xi Jinping's diplomatic philosophy in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics shows the direction for developing friendly relations with Central Asian countries.With joint efforts，the Silk Road Economic Belt construction has already brought and will continuously bring great benefit for both sides.
