泰国的环境政策及“一带一路”视角下的中泰环境合作

Abstract:Thailand promulgated Enhancement and Conservation of the National Environmental Quality Act in 1992，which became the fundamental law for environmental protection. In recent years，Ministry of Natural Resource and Environment has issued a number of regulations，setting standards of soil pollution，waste and hazardous material emissions. The establishment of legislation for environmental protection has become increasingly perfect，and the people’s awareness of environmental protection has also increased significantly. However，with the continuous development of economy and industry，Thailand is facing increasing environmental pressure. Air pollution，water pollution，solid waste management and other issues have become problems that need to be solved. China’s “Belt and Road Initiative” advocates a green，low-carbon，cyclical and sustainable production and lifestyle，which will greatly promote the green development of countries along the route. The “Belt and Road Initiative” green development concept helps countries along the route，including Thailand，and even countries around the world to cope with environmental challenges. China and Thailand can carry out environmental information sharing and environmental protection industry cooperation between cities and enterprises.
