The situation abroad is hardly optimistic，and non-traditional security threats are becoming more severe. The CPC and our government have always attached great importance to the protection of the rights and interests of the Chinese overseas，and The CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core has laid out a series of decisions and arrangements for overseas Chinese affairs under the new conditions. China will promote domestic legislation to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese overseas while to better manage the risks and challenges posed by the globalization of migration.
