Abstract:“The Belt and Road” initiative is a China's wisdom and plan for global governance and the most important public goods provided by China to the international community.Over the past five years，“The Belt and Road” has made remarkable achievements in policy communication，facilities connectivity，smooth trade，capital financing，and mutual understanding among the people.The first thing to do to promote “The Belt and Road” construction is facilities connection.International capacity cooperation must meet the needs of mutual benefits and win-win cooperation which the countries along the route prefer，and promotes development of economic society and livelihood undertakings in the countries along the route.The construction of “The Belt and Road” has also promoted China to form a pattern of opening to the outside world which featured by linkage between the mainland and the outside world and bi-directional economic assistance between the east and the west.As the Chinese wisdom and plan of global governance，”The Belt and Road” needs to be guided by new ideas and new regulations.It is a system project，It is a arduous task and has along way to go.We cant accomplish that in an action.And we should aware that there are risks and challenges.It is important for the construction of “The Belt and Road” that we should let economic cooperation and political diplomacy，cultural exchanges brace each other.
