国际反恐步入后“伊斯兰国”乱局——2017年国际反恐形势评估

Abstract:In 2017，the international terrorist forces represented by the “Islamic State” were heavily hit in the Middle East，and their tyranny basically destroyed. But international terrorism intensifies its transnational outflow，the “lone wolf” terrorist attacks poses increased threats，beliefs of extremism spreads around the world，and the anti-terror defense of the U.S. and Europe gets infiltrated and damaged. International and regional terrorists such as “Islamic State” and “Al Qaeda” move towards China’s neighboring countries，threatening regional security. International anti-terrorism is entering a new cycle：greater possibility of transnational terrorist activities，increasing threats of extremism，development of new-type terrorist organizations，and severer cyber terrorist threats. As a consequence，the pressure of countering terrorism around China is considerably increased，requiring China to coordinate the “Belt and Road” security system with its anti-terrorism campaign overseas，in order to protect its interests abroad.
