Chinese culture and Greek culture， Hebrew culture and India culture are “primitive culture”. They all have the significance of opening up the history of the world. The Supreme God appeared in the Yin and Shang belief system， which shows that Huaxia Culture has stepped into the religious consciousness of “absolutes”. The discovery of Taoism and Benevolence in the Spring and Autumn Period indicates that the Chinese culture has completed its awareness of the principle of universality. From then on， Chinese began to undertake the universal mission. The breakthroughs in these two aspects make Chinese culture justified as one of the four major original cultures that established the basis of world history. The encounter of primitive culture is the event of world history， because it is the beginning of the upgrading of human universality principle.
