江苏检察机关提起公益诉讼的实践和思考

Abstract:Public interest litigation is the new function of the procuratorial organs of our country. It is put forward by the party in the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee to explore the establishment of public interest litigation system by procuratorial organs. As a pilot province of public interest litigation，Jiangsu has made a positive exploration to the public interest litigation of the procuratorial organs. At present，there are still some problems in procuratorial organs’ public interest litigation，while analyzing the problems，it also puts forward some suggestions for further improving the public interest litigation in Jiangsu.
