Abstract:In 2014，the “Measures for the Implementation of the Coordination of Administrative Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice in Jiangsu Province” was formally introduced. All regions and departments in the province combined with the documents required to deploy the Linkage work in time，and the two laws were connected to obtain work. The working mechanism of coordinating the “two-law linking” work organization is clear and effective，the “two-law linking” systemic working mechanism is fully promoted，and the “two-law linking” work information platform is completed and operated. The “two-law linking” work supporting protection mechanism actively follows up. In the process of advancing，there are still some problems that need to be solved. The leadership and implementation mechanism of the work needs to be further optimized，the law enforcement standards for administrative law enforcement and criminal justice need to be further improved，the operational effectiveness of the “two-law linking” information sharing platform not fully realized，and the supporting support for the “two-law linking” work The mechanism needs further optimization. It is necessary to further advance the work from the following aspects：to further improve the leadership system of “two-law linking”，to consider clear local party committees as leading bodies，to further improve the standards for the transfer of cases and standards of evidence，and to integrate further reforms of the national supervision system. We will improve the supervision mechanism for “two-law linking” and further refine the “two-law linking” working mechanism and safeguard mechanism.
