推进在穗高校和科研机构科技成果转化的思考与建议

Abstract:Guangzhou is home to numerous universities and sci-tech research institutions. From the perspective of industry-university-research， it enjoys two advantages， namely university and research. Despite this， Guangzhou's technological-commercialization and industrialization of research findings are far from optimistic. This report first analyzes Guangzhou's problems in the scientific， technological， intellectual property and market transition of scientific and technological achievements and chains. It then puts forward advice and countermeasures for solving such problems.
