文章摘要：2017年，在国内外经济形势复杂的大环境下，广州市工业积极面对新旧动能转换、产业结构调整的压力，降速换挡，提质增效；同时，随着供给侧结构性改革和创新驱动发展战略的深入推进，广州工业领域去产能、去杠杆、降税减费效果显现，发展新动力持续增强、企业效益明显提升。工业新常态下增速放缓、质量提高的运行特征趋于明显。
