文章摘要：2017年，全球范围内泛在、高速的信息基础设施建设持续推进。信息基础设施重要意义更加凸显，各国致力于提高宽带网络覆盖率，消除数字鸿沟。5G技术研发进程加速，各国针对5G商用着手各项准备工作。我国新一代信息基础设施建设扎实推进，有力地支撑了我国“网络强国”“制造强国”建设，5G技术研发第二阶段试验完成，开始第三阶段实验，频段频率规划发布，在5G标准、架构、技术、芯片研发等方面进展迅速。
