Abstract:The content and level of culture are rich and varied. As a part of culture，people’s names are the carrier and mirror of culture. Islamic culture is the main body of Arabia culture and the mainstream culture. Most Arabia’s name influenced by the Islamic culture，and meanwhile the Islamic culture is reflected in the name of the Arabs directly.By expounding the names of Arabs and Islamic culture，this paper aims to explore the characteristics of Arabia’s names and the influence of Islamic culture on it. Based on the constitution，the people in Arabia，Arabia’s women are the influenced by Islamic culture，the paper analyzed the impact on all aspects of Arabia’s people and the development of Islam and religious differences，there reveals the influence of characteristics to Arabia and the names of the Islamic culture，and Islamic cultural factors in the names. The study of relationship between Islamic culture and the Arabs，help us to understand the related content of development of Arabia society，culture，the intercultural communication，and respect the traditions and customs of the Arabs.
