文章摘要：本文阐述了2017年中国“一带一路”建设进展，引用较为成熟的投资安全风险评估指标体系，运用DEA模型，对沿线46个国家的投资安全风险进行了对比及量化评估，依据比例改进值、松弛变量，并结合目标值，对风险较高的国家进行了综合分析，对需要重点关注的风险领域给出了建议。
