偃师社会保障制度建设的探索与改革研究

Abstract:Social Security System is helpful for reaching the objective of realizing Well-off society and enhancing people’s acquisition which are the key Henan social and economic goals. In recent years，the Social Security System construction of Yan Shi has made some achievements in regulating the social assistance system，optimizing the service of new rural cooperative medical service，expanding the coverage of social insurance，implementing the policy of benefiting the people. At the same time，there are some developing problems such as imperfect management system and unclear responsibility. So Yan Shi should clear government responsibility to build a rational and efficient management system；strengthen the legislative norms，departmental coordination and policy coordination；supporting the improvement of social security system of security services.
