Abstract:People’s livelihood is directly related to the survival and development of the people. It is a fundamental guarantee of the healthy operation and development of the economic society. The system concludes the people’s livelihood construction achievements of Yanshi during the “twelfth five-year” period，analyzes in detail some problems existing in the field of construction of people’s livelihood，such as despising the importance of the construction of people’s livelihood，the inadequate investment in the people’s livelihood，larger regional gap，imperfect construction management service of the people’s livelihood，on the basis of further，we put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion of some of the people’s livelihood construction scientific level.
