运用内部营销思想改善中小企业人力资源管理

文章摘要:本文总结了我国中小企业人力资源管理中普遍存在的弊病。从内部营销的视角,将中小企业的人力资源管理过程看做对企业员工的营销过程。通过4P经典营销理论,分析中小企业人力资源管理过程中存在的各种问题的原因,挖掘了中小企业人力资源管理的缺失。同时,又站在内部营销角度,对中小企业人力资源管理提出了改进意见,建议中小企业从企业文化、组织结构和薪酬与激励机制角度着手,完善中小企业的人力资源管理。

Abstract:This paper concludes the problems existed in human resource management in SMEs. Human resource management is considered as a process of marketing to employees in the opinion of internal marketing. And in the perspective of 4P theory,reasons of problems in HR management in SMEs are found out. Furthermore,the shortcoming of HR management is presented.
