中日关系：“爬坡过坎”与“新型常态”

Abstract:In 2016，there are still challenges in Sino-Japanese relations，characterized as general stable bilateral relations with tremendous competition. The focus of contradiction between China and Japan is the Issues relating to East China Sea and South China Sea，with intensified conflicts and growing influence. The security dilemma and gaming between China and Japan has become more complicated. However，in the new context of the international situation，China and Japan share interdependency on various levels，which requires the maintenance of high-level political exchanges，the development of economic ties and the crisis management in time. There has been a trend of improvement and relaxation for the Sino-Japanese relations，and the dual characteristics for Sino-Japanese relations will be become “the New Normal” in the coming years. Both China and Japan should work together in improving cooperation and mutual trust，with the aim of building new type bilateral relations on a mutually benefical and win-win basis.
