文章摘要：建构主义国际关系理论认为，国际体系结构和单位施动者之间是相互构成关系，进而进一步影响施动者的对外行为。由于冷战后体系结构变化和俄罗斯国内政治的变化，在这两个因素影响下，俄罗斯对东南亚地区的外交也发生了变化。同时，冷战后俄罗斯对东南亚地区的外交分为两个层次：双边层次和俄罗斯与东盟的多边层次。
