Abstract:Urban housing issue is a major problem which is plagued by economic development and urbanization. In essence，the issue is public housing that is the problem of low-income and other disadvantaged groups. Therefore，how to enhance the executive power of public housing policy is the current concentrated reflection at all levels of government in public service and social management function. We advocate multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method from fuzzy math theory to assess public housing policy executive power. It not only solves the bottlenecks of public housing policy executive power in the evaluation process，but also provides a scientific，accurate and easy assessment tool to measure the executive power. So，it makes sense of methodological.
