2015年中国环境立法亮点与不足

Abstract:Progresses were made in environment protection legislations in 2015. The revised Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution was passed at the 16th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National Congress，and would come into force on Jan 1，2016. The Wildlife Protection Law（revision draft）was made available for public input. However，2015 sees few highlights on legislative progress. The new Atmospheric Pollution Law is regarded lofty and not grounded. The new Environment Protection Law had been in force for a year，yet the complementary laws and regulations are yet to surface. The much debated Wildlife Protection Law became center for public concern as it included utilization of wildlife.
