中国特区经济：何去何从

Abstract:The economic development of China is guided by the development path of “points”，“lines” and “face”，while the special economic zone is the best form of “point” and becomes an important form of realizing the China’s regional economic development strategy. Currently，China is in “transition” phase and SEZs also are faced of having no “special” features and severe challenges. Under this background，special economic zones should gain back the pioneer drive of opening to the outside world as 30 years ago，to positively face the development trends of “transition” and “innovation”. It will continue to keep “special” on innovative development models，systems and institutions，opening forms，connection with the world，regional cooperation and so on.
