Abstract:Chinese modern shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry have been developed for decades since the founding of the PRC. It is basically completed the scale expansion. At present，China’s marine shipbuilding are among the first in the world from three major construction indicators. Since the global financial crisis in 2008，the Chinese shipbuilding and marine engineering manufacturing industry in the international market become increasingly constraining bottleneck. Mainly in domestic ship companies have closed down，employees are laid off，the companies bad debt are caused，which would bring many hidden dangers for industry itself and the national economy development. China shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry has lost human bonus and capital scale dividends. Through technology and management level of ascension，the realization of endogenous growth model is the only way to upgrade the development of shipbuilding and marine engineering manufacturing industry.
