Abstract:Japan’s national park，which is designated and managed by the environment ministry，is the highest level in the Nature Park System. It is a region which take strict protection and reasonable utilization on typical natural landscape resources. The Characteristics of national park are regional management，integral protection of scenery resources and rich in natural experience activities. Zoning planning and career planning are implemented in national park. In addition，a series measures of nature conservation and using limit having been taken，in order to complete the dual task of protection and recreation. China’s national park is a region that protect the natural ecological system and cultural resources，meanwhile，provide the welfare and equality recreational opportunities to public. Participation effective of local community and the long-term development of ecological tourism should be attached great importance in the process of implementation on China’s National park system.
