关于北极国际争端问题的研究综述

Abstract:Since the new century，with the enhancement of Arctic’s energy and strategy status，the international disputes of Arctic have also been highly concerned about domestic scholars. Specifically，the Arctic dispute focused on three areas：the division of territorial sovereignty；exploitation of the resources，channels in the Arctic regions issues；the management mechanism of Arctic. Five Arctic coastal countries have put forward corresponding countermeasures to defend their rights and interests in the Arctic region. Facing the Arctic Issues，as a developing country，China has to：recognize the status quo and participate in it actively；obey laws and public morality to carry peaceful governance；multilateral cooperation，joint governance；innovative mechanisms，multi-pronged approach. In a word，future studies about Arctic international disputes in public administration still have much room to development. And hoping this overview research studies Arctic issues is benefit for the future study of international disputes.
