中东新政治态势下的伊朗发展与中国对伊外交分析

Abstract:Iran has obvious advantages among Middle Eastern countries if external effects are not considered. But the Middle East is a strategic region in the world and the powers have often been interfered in the affairs of this region and have a decisive impact on the development of it. Therefore，Iran’s regional initiative has been greatly constrained. In addition，Iran has no ideal surrounding environment in the volatile Middle East. Saudi Arabia，Israel and USA are three major problems of Iran’s diplomacy. In order to establish better bilateral relationship China must let Iran see the advantages of China’s economic development，Let Iran believe that China can help its economic development. Of course China should understand Iran’s current difficulties. China must know that Sino-Iran friendly relationship is the foundation to promote “the Belt and Road Initiatives” construction. Too much emphasis on “The Belt and Road” may affect the normal development of Sino-Iranian relations. Iran can create more opportunities for cooperation with foreign countries. China and other powers can share the opportunities brought by the development of Iran.
