Abstract:Nearly half a century, the Korean Peninsula, the north and the South split, armed confrontation. In this case, the South Korea based on the United States military presence, executed the overall security system, has a strong ability to mobilize. This article firstly introduces the leadership system of the country's national defense mobilization, including mobilization in leader body, and executive body; then introduces the country's national defense mobilization system, including The mobilization of troops and weaponry, the potential and the regulations in mobilization, the mobilization of human and forces; at last, it introduces the basic measures to mobilize the country, including strengthening the management and training of reserve personnel, increasing and adjusting of military spending, and the achievement of the elite troops.
