上海合作组织成员国元首理事会第14次和第15次会议
文章摘要：2014年9月11～12日上海合作组织元首理事会第14次会议在塔吉克斯坦杜尚别举行。2015年7月9～10日第15次会议在俄罗斯乌法举行。两次会议对过去一年上合组织工作进行了回顾和总结，对取得的成绩给予了肯定，对上合组织面临的国际形势进行了分析，对重大国际问题表明了立场。会议批准和通过了一批重要文件，为上合组织今后发展指明了方向。
