Abstract:Japan's right wing forces passed through the evil locus of “breed evil creature—swell—wreak havoc” in the “60 years” before the World War II，which led the two major powers in east Asia，China and Japan，became enemies for a long time. Moreover，it left the revive locus of “weak—revive—raise head—wriggle” in the “60 years” after the World War II，which resulted in the China-Japan relations into low ebb again. This two “60 years” are traced to the same strain. Accordingly，there is an arduous task for Asia people，especially Chinese，Japanese and American. That is how to eliminate the disturbance of Japan's right wing forces which disrupted the China-Japan relations and how to ensure the peace of Asia-Pacific，specially Northeast Asia regional security.
