文章摘要：为应对2009年底爆发的希腊主权债务危机，新上任的帕潘德里欧政府连续出台四轮财政紧缩措施，在公共行政、养老金、医疗卫生等领域进行全方位改革，此举遭遇国内民众接连不断的抗议和罢工。受金融危机和财政紧缩政策双重影响，希腊经济在2010年依然增长乏力，复苏无望。受金融危机冲击较轻的塞浦路斯和马耳他，已走出经济衰退，政局相对平稳。
