Abstract:This paper firstly reviews the Sino-Japanese economic and trade cooperation in 2012. Before September, Sino-Japanese relations have maintained a general development, and economic and trade cooperation has been developing steadily. But then the Japanese government "purchase" of the Diaoyu Islands events happened, and caused Sino-Japanese relations to face the most serious setbacks. The cooperation in various fields falls into a stagnation, and multi-level, comprehensive, wide-ranging and mutually beneficial economic and trade cooperation between China and Japan faces enormous challenges. Secondly, Considering the prospects of 2013 Sino-Japanese economic and trade cooperation, we think both sides should focus on the long-term and overall situation. On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the signing of "Sino-Japanese Treaty of peace and friendship", we should overcome the difficulties, remove interference, and eliminate obstacles with greater confidence, determination and patience,in order to promote bilateral relations and economic and trade cooperation back to the normal development track as soon as possible.
