新制度经济学的本质及其对当前世界金融危机形成的影响

Abstract:Under the circumstances of the retrospection of the neo-liberal economics caused by the current world financial-economic crisis，so called “mainstream economics”，which advocated the complete privatization and the theories and paths of western new institutional economics，is criticized by dint of analyzing the evolution of new institutional economics，its pseudo-scientific theoretical system，and its relationship with the world financial crisis.And then，it is pointed out that China’s socialist market economic reform should not turn the socialist relations of production into capitalist production relations.It is argued the socialist economic system should be improved through rationalization of public ownership relationship on the basis of the public ownership.
