Abstract:Since the establishment of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fishers，South Korea’s ocean administration system has changed from the decentralized administration pattern into the integrated one，which greatly improves the efficiency and becomes the model of other ocean countries. Besides，as China’s economy develops constantly and rapidly and the ability of the comprehensive utilization and development of the ocean keeps growing，ocean plays a more and more important strategic role in China.This article mainly introduces Korea’s ocean administration system and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages in order to present some constructive suggestions on Chinese ocean administration organizational revolution.
