Abstract:This article first analyzes and reviews the theory and literature related to the development of rural finance and the promotion of fishery technology，and then measures the degree of coupling and coordination between rural financial development and fishery technology promotion efficiency based on relevant data from 11 provinces and cities in China’s coastal areas.
