Abstract:After the end of World War Ⅱ，in order to achieve national rejuvenation，Middle East countries actively explored the economic development path，experienced different types of economic development stages，made certain achievements，but also faced many problems.In the 1980s，under the impact of globalization，the Middle East countries began to implement economic reform and structural adjustment，but still failed to effectively solve the economic development problems.After Arab Spring，Middle East countries has entered a long period of political，economic and social transformation.As a member of world economic system，the economic reform of Middle East countries is not only the need of domestic political situation，but also the natural response to globalization.Judging from the economic scale and development level，Middle East economy is in the marginal zone of the world economic system.However，in terms of energy reserves，geographical location，tradition and culture，as well as its impact on the international political pattern and the world economic system，Middle East economy is in the important part of the world economic system.In the future，Middle East economy will still be deeply affected by world economic situation，especially the fluctuation of oil prices.
